| IMG 4539 | A spirited contest throughout the District is the Foundation's sponsored "Teenager of the Year" competition. Many of the Divisions have candidates from different Kiwanis clubs and high schools. This year's winner is Bradford Lee of Hampton Roads receiving his prize check from Past Foundation President Roger Diehl at the Governor's Banquet. He's an impressive young man. | |
