Stroup as he announces his retirement as the Capital District Kiwanis Secretary-Treasurer. Ellis has served all of us faithfully for almost 37 years. It is with great respect and thanks that we honor his work and wish him a Happy Retirement as well. In Ellis’ honor and in his name, PG Art Riley announced this first ever a $5,000 scholarship award.
