More Audio Messages from Growth Team
by Jack White

Your final Monday Morning Message for 2008 is the third in a series of interviews that I conduced of Swede Nyberg in the Pacific Northwest District. In his earlier messages, Swede talked about getting a club ready for growth and bringing in new members. This time, he tells how he and his club try to keep their new members happily involved in Kiwanis so they will not leave by the back door. Remember, his Astoria, Oregon club was down to six members and on the list to be closed when Swede moved back to his hometown and went to work rebuilding that club. It now has 48 members, and still is growing This man walks the walk as well as talking the talk. We should listen carefully to what he has to say. See other audio messages in the center of this page.

Happy New Year from the Capital District Growth Team!
