Cold & Rain Don't Deter Grafton BBQ Sale

A night of cold rain for cooking and a windy day of sales was no match for the Kiwanians of Grafton as they barbequed up some great pork on Saturday, Oct 19. The Brunswick Stew was hot and delicious too for loyal supporters of the twice-a-year Grafton Kiwanis effort to raise funds for redistribution to various projects in the community. A good portion of the proceeds from this year's event was especially for the York Football Club. Other community organizations will also benefit. Anyone interested in Kiwanis is always welcome at Grafton meetings, Tuesdays at 12:15 pm at Joe & Mimmas Restaurant in Grafton.
