Capital District Kiwanis District Leadership Conference

Attention all Lt. Governors-Designate, Club Support Committee Chairs, and District Board Members. The District Leadership Conference will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 beginning at 9:30 AM at the Hospitality House in Fredericksburg, Virginia. You must make your own hotel reservations if an overnight stay is needed. This must be done by May 1, 2009 in order to get the Kiwanis rate of $99.00 plus tax. Call 1-540-786-8321 and use code CDK. Participants will be reimbursed for one half the inclusive Conference room rate for each authorized night they stay. You must make your own arrangements with a roommate or have a single room and pay the other half of the room charge. Authorized room nights are as follows depending on one way travel time:
- More than four and a half hours- Friday & Saturday (2 nights)
- Between 3 and 4.5 Hours- Friday (1 Night)
- Less than 3 hours- No nights
