Colonial Capital Members Frank Dowd and Harry Pearce Recognized for YCPO

The York County Virginia Head Start program recently presented an award to Frank Dowd (left) and Harry Pearce (right) who are in charge of the Young Children Priority One Committee for the Kiwanis Club of the Colonial Capital. The award is for service to the Head Start program and was presented during the Club's "Parents Fun Day" in April. This annual event is structured to enable parents and their children to enjoy a friendly family affair at the end of the Head Start year.
