Mount Vernon Club Supports Neighborhood Center

The Creekside Neighborhood Center in Janna Lee is a UCM-supported after-school Center that Mount Vernon Kiwanis Club also helps in various ways, including trips, camps, and karaoke. In the middle of the photo, in the white skirt and vest, is Blanca Vasquez, one of the two Co-Directors of this Center. She has just received a donation from Mount Vernon Kiwanis Club President, Bruce Malkin, for the purchase of educational videos for use by the children on the computers at the Center and for supplies for the Easter Party planned for next week.
